Privacy Policy
Who we are
This privacy policy explains how iMassX Aircon ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit www.imassxair.co.uk, contact us, or send us your details through one of our forms, including forms on Facebook and Instagram.
We provide air conditioning installation, repair and servicing. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at service@imassx.co.uk or call 07912 987073.
What we collect and how we use it
When you fill in a form on our website or on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode or area, and information about the job you need.
We use these details only to contact you about your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and keep records of the service we provide. Our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Our website and adverts use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google tags, to measure how our adverts perform. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the cookie banner on our website.
We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business (such as our website, email and advertising platforms), or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it and your rights
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years if no work goes ahead, and customer records for up to 6 years for accounting and warranty purposes. After that we delete them securely.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and ask us to stop contacting you. To do this, email service@imassx.co.uk or call 07912 987073.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
